Charlize Theron Isn't Worried About Growing Old in Hollywood, Says the Way Women Look is 'Not The Most Important Thing'

Charlize Theron is far from worried about losing acting jobs to younger actress and is embracing getting older!

The 41-year-old Oscar-winning actress told Vanity Fair Italy that she isn’t afraid of growing older in Hollywood.

“How could I be afraid of something so natural? Aging is part of our life, we can’t avoid that…And a part of me is really grateful for all the things that have happened since I started aging, now I’m much wiser than 20 years ago. A wrinkle is nothing compared to that,” Charlize said.

Charlize went on to say that looks are “not the most important thing” women should be worried about and that they need to learn to accept their beauty.
