Helen Mirren happily poses alongside her co-star Donald Sutherland at the premiere of their new movie The Leisure Seeker held at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square on Thursday (January 11) in New York City.
The 72-year-old actress and the 82-year-old actor were joined at the event by their director Paolo Virzi, as well as Olivia Palermo who stepped out to show her support.
The following day (January 12), Helen and Donald made an appearance at The View to discuss The Leisure Seeker and talk about the Time’s Up movement at the 2018 Golden Globes.
“Of course it was different, it was an incredible moment,” Helen expressed. “I think it was the night the Golden Globes grew up in a sense. They’ve always been thought of as the rather naughty, mischievous, sort of younger sibling to the Oscars, you know. They really stepped up, I think in many ways.”
