The 37-year-old First Man actor was spotted leaving a local gym after a two hour workout on Thursday (July 12) in Los Angeles.

One day before (July 11), Ryan was spotted heading to Little Dom’s for a meal in Los Feliz, Calif.He kept it casual in a plaid shirt, blue jeans and a hat as he headed out for a solo run.

Ryan‘s upcoming movie about Neil Armstrong, First Man, is set to hit theaters in October.
