The 41-year-old Patriots quarterback took to Instagram on Saturday (July 20) to share a selfie of his model-wife along with a sweet message for her 39th birthday.

“Happy Birthday Mamai! Você é a luz que ilumina nossos dias ❤️❤️!!!! Nos te amamos muito!! 🧚‍♀️💕🌈” Tom wrote in Portugese, which translates to, “You are the light that illuminates our days! We love you so much!”

Gisele also took to Instagram to wish her twin sister Patricia a happy birthday.
