Daveed Diggs In Talks to Play Sebastian in 'The Little Mermaid' Live-Action Movie

Daveed Diggs is in talks to play the Jamaican crab Sebastian in the live-action remake of The Little Mermaid.

The 37-year-old actor, who won a Tony Award for his work in the Broadway musical Hamilton, could possibly portray the lovable character in the upcoming Disney movie, according to Variety.

Halle Bailey is already confirmed to play Ariel and Melissa McCarthy is reportedly going to play Ursula. Javier Bardem is in talks to play King Triton.
