Michael B. Jordan Says After Playing Bryan Stevenson in 'Just Mercy', He's Striving To Be A Better Person

Michael B. Jordan heads out of the ABC Studios following an interview on Good Morning America in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (December 18).

The 32-year-old actor has been promoting his new film, Just Mercy, ahead of the debut on Christmas Day in theaters.

“I was definitely intimidated when I first met him,” Michael shared of Bryan Stevenson, who he plays in the movie. “Because I know of how great of a man he is, and how important his work is and didn’t want to mess that up.”

He adds that Bryan is a “much better person than I am. After talking with him, it’s like ‘I have to be better. I have to try and be a better person.’”
