'Glow' Star Kate Nash Returns With 'Misery,' Her First New Music in Over a Year: 'I Definitely Went Through Depression'

Kate Nash is back!

The 33-year-old singer-songwriter and Glow star returned with “Misery,” her first new music in 18 months, on Wednesday (May 19).

“I definitely went through depression. For the most part of the year, I just didn’t have the energy and I was kind of lethargic and very lackluster. Rather than fighting that, I leaned into it. It’s about the trauma: the trauma of everything changing,” she revealed of the song.

Kate will also be taking a car ride with her partner and their two dogs for a COVID-secure road trip across the United States to stop at different scenic locales, performing one-off gigs for fans as part of the Safely Out of the Bedroom Tour, kicking off at Sequoia National Park on Friday (May 21).
