Meredith Grey's Possible Exit from 'Grey's Anatomy' Seems Imminent After Latest Episode

In the latest episode, which aired on Thursday (November 3), Jesse Williams returned as Jackson Avery and the actor also directed the episode.

Meredith took a trip to Massachusetts in the episode and she visited Jackson while there. She confided in him that her daughter Zola was struggling in school and that she was nervous about Alzheimer’s affecting other family members after her mother passed away from the disease.

Jackson offers Meredith a job in Boston and Zola has the opportunity to attend a school for gifted children. She accepts the job and she’s going to be working towards finding a cure for Alzheimer’s!
