First, Amy was asked if she had heard about the news.

“I’m thrilled for [Cavill],” Amy told Variety on the red carpet last night. “He’s such a wonderful Superman so I’m very excited for him.”

She was then asked if she was contacted by anyone about reprising the role, and if she even would want to return.

“They haven’t spoken to me about it,” she said. “If it’s me, great. If it’s somebody else, the role of Lois has been filled by so many wonderful actresses in the past so I’ll support whatever direction they go.”
