That was the case for Davis Perrigo, a dedicated fan who missed out on tickets. However, he still managed to make it to not one but several of Taylor‘s performances.

After Davis missed out on tickets to the show, he got a job as a security guard working at Nissan Stadium. That’s where Taylor performed her three shows in Nashville, Tennessee.

His new job gave him one of the best seats in the venue.

“Friday night I was next to the stage, and then Saturday night I had almost an even better view,” he gushed during an interview with News Channel 5.

He was having the time of his life, noting that he “actually got reprimanded by Taylor‘s security.”

They were “saying that I was going to hard, and I needed to take it down a notch,” he admitted.

His excitement to see Taylor and his dedication to singing along with her was noticed by other fans in the audience who captured videos of him and shared them on social media. The mega-fan security guard then became a viral sensation.

“I showed someone at work. I was like, ‘look, this video’s got 10,000 views,’ and then by that night, it was over one million. I was like, ‘OMG, this is out of control,” he recalled.
