The string of 2023 incidents began with Bebe Rexha during her June 18 show in New York City. One of her fans threw their cellphone at her face during her final performance, giving her a bruised eye.

Bebe has since had no more incidents, and 27-year-old Nicolas Malvagna of New Jersey was arrested and charged with assault in connection with the incident.
