If you were unaware of how the show goes, celebrity contestants provide some clues about their identity. People at home and the judges use that information to guess who they are. Each week, one loser is unmasked and sent home.

However, Book didn’t let it get that far before revealing that it was Kevin Hart hiding away.

To be fair, judge Robin Thicke did correctly guess his identity before the unmasking took place.

Kevin revealed that he did the show to prank the host, his close friend Nick Cannon.

“I got you, Nick! It’s a prank, you had no idea I was coming here, Nick. And guess what, Nick? There’s nothing you can do about it,” he told him.

For his part, Nick deemed Kevin‘s performance as the “worst” of all time on The Masked Singer.

“You embarrassed yourself. That was stupid. You look very stupid,” he joked to Kevin.

Kevin played along with his pal and returned some shade of his own.
