Pascale Hutton is Rosemary Coulter, a former actress and now editor-in-chief for the town’s newspaper, The Valley Voice.
Kavan Smith plays Leland “Lee” Coulter, the former sawmill owner, and now reporter for The Valley Voice.
Rosemary and Lee welcomed their first baby, Marigold “Goldie” Elizabeth Coulter, on the show in Season 10.
JACK WAGNER IS BILL AVERY
Jack Wagner plays Bill Avery, who has been a staple on the show since the first season. He’s a lawyer, and also mayor of Hope Valley.
