Nick Jonas Slams CrossFit For Ignorant Diabetes Tweet

Nick Jonas took to Twitter to show his displeasure over CrossFit’s joke about diabetes.

The 22-year-old entertainer bashed the fitness program after seeing the company’s tweet, which said, “Make sure you pour some out for your dead homies,” with a pic of a Coca Cola bottle with the words “Open Diabetes.”

“This is not cool. Please know and understand the difference between type one and type diabetes before making ignorant comments. Sensitivity to all diseases, and proper education on the cause and day to day battle is important,” Nick tweeted.

If you weren’t aware, Nick has been living with type 1 diabetes for 10 years.
