Naya Rivera puts her assets on display while walking the carpet at Vanity Fair and Fiat’s Young Hollywood Celebration on Tuesday (February 24) at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 28-year-old former Glee actress showed that her post-baby body is absolutely back in shape.
