Peta Murgatroyd & Maksim Chmerkovskiy Confirm They're Expecting a Baby!

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd have officially confirmed they’re expecting their first child together!

News of the 29-year-old pregnant dancer and her 36-year-old fiance’s baby spread last month, but this is the first they’re speaking of the news!

“I can’t wait to provide this baby with the tools to become a beautiful, kind person,” Maksim told People. “And they’ll have the best sneaker collection.”

“I was so sick,” Peta added about her morning sickness, which she sustained while competing and winning Dancing with the Stars.

“I’m looking forward to nurturing something and just having the baby be the center of our world. I’m looking forward to putting all our energy into this beautiful soul,” Maksim added.

“The timing is perfect, actually,” Peta continued. “I’ll have the baby in January and then I’ll still have about six months to prepare for the wedding.” Maksim said, “The baby will make a wonderful addition to the wedding party. A wonderful, tiny addition.”
