Lea Michele brightens up the red carpet in a strapless marigold Zac Posen gown at the 2010 Tony Awards held at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall on Sunday (June 13).
The 23-year-old actress took along her Glee co-star (and BFF) Jonathan Groff as her date.
“We’re just a perfect match,” Lea told JustJared.com. “We’re such polar opposites, that’s why our friendship works so well.”
During the ceremony, Lea will be performing “Don’t Rain on My Parade” from the musical Funny Girl while her boyfriend Theo Stockman and the cast of American Idiot will be rocking out to the title number from their show.

FYI: Lea sparkled in Tiffany & Co. jewels. This is also the second time Lea has worn Zac Posen. She also wore him to the Kids’ Choice Awards. Lea finished off her look with a Kotur clutch.

Sean Hayes has been named the host of the 2010 Tony Awards!
“I am absolutely thrilled to be hosting the Tony Awards,” Sean, 39, said. “As the new guy on Broadway, it’s an honor to be included in the established alumni” (via Playbill).
Sean is up for a Tony for his role in Broadway’s Promises, Promises opposite Kristin Chenoweth.
