Bradley‘s Silver Linings Playbook co-star Chris Tucker was also spotted attending the ceremony, hosted by Andy Samberg.

Bradley is nominated for Best Male Lead for his role in Silver Linings Playbook, competing against Jack Black, John Hawkes, Thure Lindhardt, Matthew McConaughey, and Wendell Pierce.

Andy Samberg and his girlfriend Joanna Newsom are all dressed up while attending the 2013 Independent Spirit Awards at Santa Monica Beach on Saturday (February 23) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The former Saturday Night Live actor was joined on the red carpet by current cast member Fred Armisen.

Andy is scheduled to host the award ceremony tonight and recently spoke with THR about prepping for the show.

“I’m watching as many of the nominated films as possible. So far, I’ve seen all the best feature nominees. I’m a geek about this stuff! I went to film school and love going to Sundance just to see movies,” Andy shared.

The nine-year-old actress was joined on the red carpet by her Beasts of the Southern Wild director Benh Zeitlin.

The 46-year-old actress will serve as an honorary co-chair for the 2013 Independent Spirit Awards, along with Jeremy Renner who was also in attendance.

Zoe Saldana and Anna Kendrick announce the nominations for the 2013 Independent Spirit Awards at a press conference at the W Hollywood on Tuesday (November 27) in Hollywood, Calif.

The ladies were joined at the press conference by Common. The show will take place on Saturday, February 23 in a tent on Santa Monica beach.

Moonrise Kingdom, Beasts of the Southern Wild, and The Silver Linings Playbook were the top films with Jennifer Lawrence and Zoe‘s boyfriend Bradley Cooper both receiving individual nominations as well.
