We’re getting so excited for the release of Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard‘s new movie Assassin’s Creed and these new premiere photos are making us count down the days until December 21!

The stars hit the red carpet on Tuesday night (December 13) for the New York City premiere.

Also in attendance were co-stars Jeremy Irons, Ariane Labed, and Coco Konig.

The movie is going to hit theaters next week and we can’t wait to see it!

Michael Fassbender is shirtless while going through training in this brand new featurette for his upcoming film Assassin’s Creed!

Here’s a synopsis of the film: Through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his genetic memories, Callum Lynch (Fassbender) experiences the adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, in 15th Century Spain. Callum discovers he is descended from a mysterious secret society, the Assassins, and amasses incredible knowledge and skills to take on the oppressive and powerful Templar organization in the present day.

Rachel Weisz and Colin Farrell step out on the red carpet together for the premiere of their film The Lobster during the 2015 BFI London Film Festival on Tuesday evening (October 13) at Vue West End in London, England.

The 45-year-old actress and her Irish co-star were joined by the films other actors including Ben Whishaw, Jessica Barden, Ariane Labed and Olivia Colman.

On the carpet, Rachel commented on the weight Colin had to gain for the role.

“I’d never met Colin before. I met him when he had the increased weight and his face and his jawline were like doughy flesh, so he will always be [his character] David to me,” she explained.

Colin added that he tried to convince director Yorgos Lanthimos to change his character’s appearance.

“I didn’t want to put on weight because I didn’t want to work to lose it, so I was saying to Yorgos, ‘What about if he’s really thin?’ Because I did want to alter my physicality somewhat.”

Looks like Colin lost that battle but is back to looking better than ever!
