The Grey’s Anatomy cast ditched their hospital scrubs and cleaned up nicely for the 2017 People’s Choice Awards tonight.

The event was held at the Microsoft Theater on Wednesday (January 18) in Los Angeles.

Pregnant Camilla Luddington showed off her (third trimester!) baby bump alongside fellow cast members Caterina Scorsone and Chandra Wilson.

Grey’s Anatomy‘s Caterina Scorsone, Camilla Luddington and Chandra Wilson strike a pose while attending Disney ABC Television Group’s 2016 Summer TCA Tour on Thursday (August 4) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

At the event, Caterina, 34, revealed that she is expecting her second child with husband Rob Giles!

“I am! Very, very excited,” Caterina confirmed to ET. “It’ll be challenging. It’s going to happen somewhere during the shooting season. But Shondaland is the best place for that to happen.”

“I don’t think so. We’re picking up the season immediately after we left off, which was the wedding where Amelia was not pregnant,” Caterina revealed, referring to her pregnancy not being written into Amelia’s storyline on Grey’s Anatomy. “It’ll be very fancy footwork for the director of photography.”

Congrats to the happy couple on the wonderful news!

The 46-year-old actress was joined by her Grey’s Anatomy co-stars James Pickens, Jr., Sarah Drew, Camilla Luddington, Jerrika Hinton, Kelly McCreary, Caterina Scorsone, Chandra Wilson, and Justin Chambers.

The show won Favorite Network TV Drama and Ellen took home Favorite Dramatic TV Actress. Congrats to the entire cast and crew!
