The upcoming movie All the Money in the World is moving full steam ahead without its former star Kevin Spacey amid his sexual assault and harassment scandal.

Spacey is being replaced in the role of J. Paul Getty by Christopher Plummer and new posters have been released with the actor’s name attached.

Reshoots are currently underway with Plummer to hopefully get the film ready in time for its release on December 22.

All the Money in the World follows the kidnapping of 16-year-old John Paul Getty III (Charlie Plummer) and the desperate attempt by his devoted mother Gail (Michelle Williams) to convince his billionaire grandfather (Plummer) to pay the ransom.

When Getty Sr. refuses, Gail attempts to sway him as her son’s captors become increasingly volatile and brutal. With her son’s life in the balance, Gail and Getty’s advisor (Mark Wahlberg) become unlikely allies in the race against time that ultimately reveals the true and lasting value of love over money.

Kevin Spacey is being replaced by Christopher Plummer in the wake of the ongoing sexual assault scandal surrounding the 58-year-old actor.

Kevin was due to appear in the upcoming film All The Money In The World, but was replaced based on a decision made by director Ridley Scott, Sony confirmed to ABC News.

The upcoming thriller, which co-stars Michelle Williams and Mark Wahlberg, was set to be released on Dec. 22. The director intends to keep the release date.

Most recently, Richard Dreyfuss‘ son Harry claimed that Kevin groped him when he was 18 years old.

Lily James is the lady in white while attending the premiere of her latest film The Exception held at the Winter Garden Theatre during the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday (September 15) in Toronto, Canada.

The 27-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Jai Courtney and his girlfriend Mecki Dent, Christopher Plummer and director David Leveaux.

The Exception follows the story of a German soldier (Jai) who tries to determine if the Dutch resistance has planted a spy to infiltrate the home of Kaiser Wilhelm II (Christopher) in Holland during the onset of World War II, but falls for a young Jewish Dutch woman (Lily) during his investigation – Watch the first clip below!

John Travolta suits up while hitting the premiere of his latest film The Forger during the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival held at Roy Thomson Hall on Friday (September 12) in Toronto, Canada.

The 60-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Christopher Plummer and Tye Sheridan.

Earlier in the day, John was joined by his beautiful co-star Abigail Spencer while promoting the film at a press conference.

While spreading the word on his new movie, John was asked to reflect on his best memory of the late Robin Williams.

“Well, it was wonderful to work with Robin on a film, but the best memories came earlier, when we were at Paramount together, hanging out. One time he came up to Santa Barbara to visit me and we were sitting in the lobby of a hotel. There was this big wedding going on next door, and we are getting a little bored, sitting there with our iced teas. I say, ‘Should we?’ and he said, ‘I think we have to.’ And we just crashed this wedding together. It was an all black wedding that just beckoned us and we just had a blast. We laughed about it for years because it was so unexpected and so much fun to just do that kind of impromptu thing,” John shared to Deadline.

Christopher Plummer holds his shiny gold trophy with pride on stage at the 2012 Oscars held at the Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood.

The 82-year-old actor took home the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his work in The Beginners.

This is Christopher‘s first Academy Award win. He is now the oldest actor to win an Oscar (previously, a title held by Clint Eastwood).

“You’re only two years older than me, darling. Where have you been all my life?” he asked the award when he got on stage. Congratulations, Christopher!!!
