This past summer, former NBA star Dwyane Wade filed a request to legally change his child Zaya‘s name and gender.

The 40-year-old former pro athlete revealed that his daughter, Zaya, came out as transgender back in early 2020. At the time, Dwyane also revealed why he was going public with Zaya‘s journey and has shown her so much support over the years. Dwyane‘s wife, Gabrielle Union, has been so supportive as well.

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade went on a double date for the premiere of his new documentary!

The longtime couple walked the carpet with Dwyane‘s son Zaire Wade, 20, and his girlfriend Lola Clark at the premiere of Netflix’s The Redeem Team on Thursday (September 22) at the Tudum Theater in Hollywood.

The documentary is about the U.S. Men’s Olympic Basketball Team playing at the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing. At the premiere, Dwyane was joined by teammate Dwight Howard and he paid tribute to their late teammate Kobe Bryant.

“One of the things that for me was very important was how we told Kobe Bryant’s story throughout this, in the midst of the team story,” Dwyane said while introducing the film at the premiere (via Deadline). “To me, that was a very sensitive moment at that time, but a beautiful arc, a beautiful story.”

Gabrielle Union has the support of husband Dwyane Wade at her latest premiere!

The picture perfect couple walked the red carpet together at the premiere of The Inspection during the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday (September 8) at the Royal Alexandra Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

Also in attendance were cast members Jeremy Pope, McCaul Lombardi, Nicholas Logan, and Aubrey Joseph, as well as writer and director Elegance Bratton, plus producers Effie T. Brown and Chester Algernal Gordon.

The new film, inspired by Bratton’s own life story, follows a man (Pope) who joins the Marine Corps after being thrown out of his mother’s (Union) home at 16 for being gay and living for years in housing precarity.

Amid the terrible drought in California, five celebrities have been cited for excessive water usage.

Every county in the state has been under a drought emergency proclamation since January 2022. Since June 2022, new regulations were put into place to help regulate what little water is currently available in the state.

Five celebrities have been sent “notices of exceedance” and in some cases, are thousands and thousands of gallons over the expected water gallon limit. Some of the celebrities have released statements to respond to the bombshell report.

Jake Gyllenhaal and Rami Malek sit front row at the Prada Spring/Summer 2023 Menswear Fashion Show on Sunday (June 19) in Milan, Italy.

The two actors took their seats at the fashion house’s presentation next to Odell Beckham Jr, Damson Idris, Jurassic World Dominion star Jeff Goldblum and his wife, Emilie.

Gabrielle Union and husband Dwyane Wade also coupled up for the event, making a fashionable entrance.

Other stars in attendance included new Doctor Who star Ncuti Gatwa, with Jaehyun, Blake Gray, Wisdom Kaye, Song Kang, and Louis Partridge.

Jake‘s appearance comes just weeks after it was revealed he’ll be voicing a future farmer in Disney’s Strange World – and Gabrielle is joining him in it!

Gabrielle will voice Meridian, who is married to Jake‘s character.

Mary J. Blige, Amanda Seyfried and Quinta Brunson didn’t miss a style beat while arriving at the 2022 Time 100 Gala held at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center on Wednesday night (June 8) in New York City.

The three stars were joined by so many more at the annual event, which celebrates the 100 most influential people in the world.

Amanda‘s husband, Thomas Sadoski, supported her on the red carpet, alongside Simu Liu, Taika Waititi, Miranda Lambert and her husband Brendan McLoughlin, J Balvin and Valentina Ferrer, as well as Bill Gates and his daughter, Phoebe.

Others there included Olympian Eileen Gu, Dwyane Wade, Hwang Dong-kyuk, Adrienne Norris, Jazmine Sullivan, Michelle Zauner, and Jon Batiste.
