Meryl Streep is all smiles while hitting the red carpet at the premiere of her film Florence Foster Jenkins held at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 Theater on Tuesday (August 9) in New York City.

The 67-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Hugh Grant, Nina Arianda and Simon Helberg, as well as Meryl‘s daughter Louisa Gummer, Simon‘s wife Jocelyn Towne, Kelly Rutherford, Paul Haggis and designer Zac Posen with his mother Susan.

Meryl recently opened up about her and Hugh‘s love in the film and how it should not be dismissed in spite of the infidelities.

“I think especially, peering into other people’s relationships, it’s almost always not what you think it is from the outside, and I think it’s an accurate portrayal of realistic, delusional love,” Meryl explained (via CBS News). “It’s realistic because it is what it is and there is illusion and they both prop up… in this bubble of happiness.”

“I mean one of the genius things that Stephen did that’s embedded in the film is even in the margins, you feel the warmth,” Meryl added. “There’s so many analogies to now, figuring out what makes life worth living. Love and art, as far as I’m concerned, is right smack in the middle. So the compromises that people make to keep their happiness intact — I think that’s all in the service of good.”

The 47-year-old former Gossip Girl actress supported her pal, acclaimed author Jill Kargman, who plays a satirical version of herself as she navigates the elite ecosystem of New York’s Upper East Side, and the uber-wealthy mommy clique inhabiting this fantastically outrageous domain.

It was recently announced that Kelly has landed a recurring role in Quantico in a multi-episode arc as Laura, Shelby’s (Johanna Braddy) mother who – along with Shelby’s father Glenn (Kevin Kilner) – was revealed to still be alive and siphoning off money from her daughter through a long con, EW reports.

Kelly Rutherford has sadly lost her custody battle with ex Daniel Giersch, a fight that has been going on for three years now.

The 47-year-old former Gossip Girl actress will only be able to visit her kids – son Hermes, 9, and daughter Helena, 6, – in Monaco and France moving forward, according to reports.

Kelly was awarded $3,281 in “maintenance” from her ex after she reportedly went bankrupt while fighting for the custody of her kids.

The kids spent the summer in New York with Kelly this year and she was forced to hand the kids over to Daniel‘s custody in August.

“That’s not my job,” Jeremy replied at the event, when asked if he was willing to help with wage inequality in Hollywood (via Yahoo!). “I don’t know contracts and money and all that sort of stuff. I’m a performer and I know human behavior. When it comes to that sort of stuff I let other people deal with that. I do what I’m good at, that’s what I focus on.”

That same day, Jeremy was spotted stepping out of The Greenwich Hotel as he made his way to a meeting in the Big Apple.

Carey and her husband Marcus Mumford welcomed a baby girl just a few weeks ago, and they finally revealed her name! “[Her name is] Evelyn,” Carey told ET on the red carpet. “[We] just came up with it.”

Kelly Rutherford is opening up about the painful details about her divorce and custody battle with her ex Daniel Giersch, who she shares kids Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6.

“Daniel was subtly verbally abusive,” the 46-year-old actress told Vanity Fair. “He was trying to alienate me from everyone in my life�”my parents, my brother.”

“I didn’t want any money from Daniel,” Kelly said of her divorce. “I wanted us both to be great parents. I wasn’t asking for full custody. Daniel made me go through a custody evaluation while I was pregnant. He sued me like he’d sued Google. He served me custody papers right up until I went into labor.”

“Hermes says, ‘Mommy, I don’t want to go back and forth.’ My children and I have lost years of dailiness. How do you get those years back? There is no way I am not going to fight to get my children back.”

Kelly‘s former co-star on Gossip Girl Ed Westwick also spoke to the mag.

“She was how you would want your ideal mother to be. Most of the rest of us were teenagers and she was like our mother,” Ed said.
