Claire Danes is pretty in pink while visiting The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Thursday night (October 1) in New York City.

The 36-year-old actress stopped by to promote her show Homeland, which premieres its fifth season TONIGHT, October 4 @ 9PM on Showtime!

The following night, Claire‘s hubby Hugh Dancy stepped out for the BAFTA New York & The Cinema Society With FIJI Water & St-Germain Party held during the 2015 New York Film Festival at PH-D Terrace at Dream Midtown with Uma Thurman, Sting, Ian Nelson, and Kelly Rutherford.

Hugh Jackman and Rooney Mara step out onto the black carpet at the premiere of their new movie Pan held at Ziegfeld Theater on Sunday morning (October 4) in New York City.

The actors were joined by co-stars Garrett Hedlund and Levi Miller, screenwriter Jason Fuchs, as well as Bethenny Frankel, Mariska Hargitay, Camren Bicondova, and Kelly Rutherford (with her son Hermes, 8).

Also in attendance were Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts, who brought along their children, Sasha, 8, and Samuel, 6.

Kelly Rutherford has released a statement responding to a judge’s decision to send her two children, Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6, back to Monaco to live with their father Daniel Giersch.

“What the judge did yesterday was shocking, illegal, and abusive to my children,” the 46-year-old actress told People in a statement. “Without any legal authority, a judge from the lowest ranking court in the state court system violated the highest ranking deferral constitutional rights of my American citizen children.”

“Knowing she had no authority, Judge Gesmer seized my children and their U.S. passports, and forced them to leave the United States and reside in Monaco, a country where neither they nor I, nor even their father, has citizenship,” Kelly continued.

Kelly Rutherford arrives at court for a hearing regarding her two children Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6, on Tuesday (August 11) in New York City.

The 46-year-old actress has been ordered by the judge to send her children back to Monaco after she missed the deadline and refused to return them to their father.

The judge ultimately said that Kelly had to send her kids back while her ex Daniel Giersch worked out his U.S. residency issues. Kelly is already en route to the airport with her two children to send them back.

Kelly Rutherford‘s ex husband Daniel Giersch is responding to her refusal to send her two children – Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6 – back to Monaco.

“Daniel will continue to protect the children from any harm and any media exposure. Unfortunately Kelly has now added child abduction to extortion and false statements on her list of actions. Daniel will make sure that the children’s safety and well being will be restored as soon as possible. He is very concerned about the traumatic impact that Kelly‘s behavior will have on the children. Kelly was to have delivered the children in France to their father on August 7, 2015. Child abduction is a crime, and everyone involved in kidnapping or abducting the children will face the appropriate legal consequences. Anyone associating themselves with Kelly and her abduction is violating the law,” Daniel’s lawyer Fahi Takesh Hallin told E! News in a statement.

Over the weekend, Kelly released a lengthy statement about refusing to return her children to Monaco. There has been a legal battle between Kelly and Daniel for many years over the children.

Kelly Rutherford has put her foot down and decided that she will not send her kids back to Monaco despite a court order that says she must.

The 46-year-old actress was supposed to fly her two kids – Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6 – back to Monaco to be with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch on Thursday, but never made the trip.

“These past three years waiting for my children to come home have been very difficult. My children were forced to leave the United states in 2012 when they were only 2 and 5 years old,” Kelly told People. “In May, a judge in California gave me sole custody and brought them home. I am immensely grateful and overjoyed to have them back. Since May, however, the court proceedings have been confusing.”

Kelly added that because neither California or New York, where she tried getting her case heard, will claim jurisdiction, “no state in this country is currently protecting my children. It also means that no state in this country currently requires me to send the children away. Hence, I have decided that I cannot lawfully send my children away from the United States to live in a foreign country.”
