Law Roach takes over the red carpet in an eye-catching ensemble at the 2023 Fashion Trust US Awards.

The celebrity stylist, wearing Gucci, stepped out for the event, held at Goya Studios on Tuesday night (March 21) in Los Angeles, just days after he announced he was stepping back and retiring.

The awards were just launched in November, and the non-profit organization “aims to discover and fund young designers”, according to Harper’s Bazaar. There will be three winners amongst 15 finalists who will receive resources to further their brands.

Law has been in the spotlight over the past week, after breaking the shocking news that he’d be retiring from celeb styling.

In a handful of interviews, Law has spoken about his reasons for stepping back, working with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, and what the status of his relationship with longtime friend and client Zendaya is like.

While appearing on Emily Ratajkowski‘s podcast HighLow with EmRata, Law was asked about the shocking decision. Many believed Zendaya must have known or been in on the decision, but she was not.

Law Roach has opened up about Priyanka Chopra‘s most recent comments about not being sample size when it comes to styling in Hollywood.

If you didn’t see, Priyanka recently said that she felt she was body shamed for not being a sample size.

“Someone told me yesterday that I wasn’t sample-sized…I was hurt and I discussed it with my family, and I cried to my husband [Nick Jonas], and my team, and I felt really bad about the fact that I’m not sample size, and that’s a problem, apparently, and most of us are not, and sample size is size 2,” she recalled during a panel at the SXSW Festival.

She added, “I have had times when I may have said something, and it’s been misconstrued, and you see people saying the meanest and nastiest things not just about me, about my child, about my family members, and I think sometimes people forget you are even human.”

Law, her now-retired stylist got candid in a recent interview, and revealed that it wasn’t him who said that to her.

Celebs are speaking out in response to celebrity stylist Law Roach‘s shocking announcement that he is retiring from the industry.

The 44-year-old stylist, who counts Zendaya and Ariana Grande as clients, announced on Instagram on Tuesday (March 14) that he is retiring due to “politics” in the fashion industry.

“Every person that trusted me with their image, I’m so grateful for you all. If this business was just about the clothes I would do it for the rest of my life but unfortunately it’s not!” he said.

Law added, “the lies and false narratives finally got me! You win … I’m out. ❤️❤️❤️”
