Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez make one hot couple as they head to the gym on Thursday afternoon (October 5) in Los Angeles.

The 48-year-old entertainer showed off her super toned abs in a black workout outfit as her 42-year-old retired baseball player stayed cool in a white T-shirt and sweats.

Earlier that day, Jennifer took to Instagram to share a super cute photo of her 9-year-old twins Emme and Max piloting a plane!

The 48-year-old entertainer’s nine-year-old twins that she shares with ex Marc Anthony are already heading into fourth grade!

Jennifer took to her Instagram to share a super sweet photo of the twins getting ready to head out to their first day of school, complete with matching school uniforms.

During some downtime, Jennifer took a phone call and grabbed a bite to eat from the food tent.

Over the weekend, Jennifer and boyfriend Alex Rodriguez coupled up for a trip to Long Island to enjoy some time at the beach.

JLo and ARod were spotted getting some shopping done and spending quality time with Jennifer‘s nine-year-old twins Emme and Max.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony‘s twins Max and Emme will be making their Ellen Show debut on Monday (April 23)!

The nine-year-old twins’ mom JLo brought them out during her appearance, where she promotes her new show World of Dance.

While talking about JLo‘s romance with Alex Rodriguez, a crew member popped out of the side table dressed in a New York Yankee’s uniform, scaring her. LOL, good one Ellen!

Jennifer also joined her World of Dance co-judge Derek Hough to show off their dance moves in a game of “Last Dance.”

Jennifer Lopez‘s son is not happy that she doesn’t wear pants when she’s performing!

While chatting with AOL Build on Thursday (March 2), the 47-year-old entertainer explained that her nine-year-old son Max had some question about the outfits she wears on stage.

“I wear like body suits and onesies and all this stuff and he’s like ‘Mom, why don’t you wear pants in your shows?’” she explained.

Jennifer added that Max even recommended she wear pants more often!

“I was like ‘Baby come on, mommy’s a showgirl!” she laughed.

The 47-year-old entertainer took to Instagram where she wrote a sweet message with a collage of photos with Max and Emme.

“Emme and Maximilian…I cant believe its 9 years ago today that God entrusted me with the biggest blessings of my life,” J.Lo wrote. “he finally sent me my beautiful twins, my babies, my love and life in two lil human beings.
