The 61-year-old Sleepless in Seattle actress’ last movie was Ithica, which premiered in 2015. Her latest project also marks her first rom-com since 2009′s Serious Moonlight. She also directed and co-wrote the film.

Meg Ryan is returning to the rom-com genre with her first movie in years, What Happens Later.
Here’s the synopsis of the film: Two ex lovers, Bill (David Duchovny) and Willa (Ryan) get snowed in at a regional airport overnight. Indefinitely delayed, Willa, a magical thinker, and Bill, a catastrophic one, find themselves just as attracted to and annoyed by one another as they did decades earlier. But as they unpack the riddle of their mutual past and compare their lives to the dreams they once shared, they begin to wonder if their reunion is mere coincidence, or something more enchanted.

After Goose is killed during a training accident, it leaves Carol alone to raise their son – the future Lt. Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw (Miles Teller).
