Christy Carlson Romano is opening up about her experience as a child star.

The 40-year-old Evan Stevens and Kim Possible alum spoke out on an upcoming episode of Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown podcast, via EW, about the recent Investigation Discovery Quiet on Set documentary about the allegations behind-the-scenes at Nickelodeon in the late ’90s and early ’00s.

“I’ve made a choice for several reasons to opt out of watching that imagery,” she said of the documentary, calling it “extremely triggering.”

She also said that she once turned down the network’s request for her to participate in a similar kind of documentary.

Drake Bell opened up more in the fifth episode of Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV.

In the new special, which debuted on Sunday night (April 7), the 37-year-old former child star spoke about what has happened since he revealed his past trauma, and he reacted to some of the responses to the doc-series.

Drake‘s latest interview, which was done virtually, he spoke in defense of his Drake & Josh co-star Josh Peck, and he also reacted to the criticisms of his mom not protecting him from Brian Peck.

Marc Summers is opening up about his experience on the set of the docu-series Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV.

The now 72-year-old served as host of the popular game show Double Dare on Nickelodeon from 1986 to 1993, and returned for the show’s reboot in 2018.

Marc has revealed that he was originally a part of the Quiet on Set docu-series, but he actually walked out the interview and refused to continue being a part of it.

Following the release of Quiet On Set, the 33-year-old Zoey 101 actor addressed the docu-series and revealed that he was sexually abused multiple times when he was younger.
