Matt Damon makes his way through JFK airport with his wife Luciana and their three daughters Isabella, Gia and Stella on Wednesday (December 5) in New York City.

Later in the day, the 42-year-old actor signed autographs for fans after landing at LAX airport in Los Angeles.

Matt recently praised his Promised Land co-writer John Krasinski.

“He’s just a really talented guy and people don’t even (know it yet),” Matt said on the Today show. “I knew him from The Office and was a fan of his and the show, but the scope and breadth of his talent is so much more vast than that and as I got to know him I really wanted to work with him.”

“It’s kind of similar to when I met George Clooney years and years ago and everybody knew him from ER,” he added. “But Steven Soderbergh did a movie with him and instantly formed a company with him and everybody in Hollywood was going, ‘What is Steven Soderbergh doing forming a company with the guy from ER?’ What Steven knew is what George was capable of and I think the same is true for John.”

The trailer for Matt and John Krasinski‘s new movie Promised Land, which they both co-wrote and star in, was just released.

The film is about a salesman (Damon) for a natural gas company who experiences life-changing events after arriving in a small town, where his corporation wants to tap into the available resources.
