Zoe Saldana is launching a brand new venture – a digital media company that will focus on empowering Latinos!

The 39-year-old Guardians of the Galaxy star’s brand will be called BeSe, according to THR. The company, whose name originates from the Spanish and English verb for “to be,” will focus on content targeting millennials and Gen Z Latinos. BeSe will debut by the end of 2017.

“Latinos are a growing community in America, but Latino stories have remained historically marginalized,” Zoe expressed in the press release. “I’m so excited to be leading BeSe, a truly uplifting brand that fills a niche for young audiences craving positive portrayals of the modern Latino experience in America. I’m grateful to partner with Daniel, Monica and Plus Foundry so that more voices can be heard and empower others to actively create their own futures.”

The Black Eyed Peas hit the stage to perform during the opening ceremony of the UEFA Champions League Final on Saturday night (June 3) at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

The guys – will.i.am, apl.de.ap, and Taboo – took over the field as they and a team of dancers rocked out during the opening ceremony at the soccer final between Real Madrid and Juventus.

Noticeably missing from the group was Fergie after will.i.am said earlier this week that she is taking a break from the group to focus on her upcoming new solo album.

The following day, the Black Eyed Peas hit the stage alongside Ariana Grande to perform their hit song “Where is the Love?” at the One Love Manchester benefit concert.

Will.i.am is clarifying his comments about Fergie leaving the Black Eyed Peas.

The 42-year-old musician and producer recently explained that while Fergie is working on her solo music, the group would be moving forward without her.

Will.i.am took to his Twitter to shut down reports that Fergie was out of the band for good.

“Lies…@Fergie is focusing on #DoubleDutchess & @BEP is doing #MastersOfTheSun…That doesn’t mean @fergie is out of the group #BEP4ever,” he tweeted.

Fergie later added, “Everyone knows I will always love and support my @bep brothers, @iamwill, @tabbep, @apldeap �’��’�”

We’re glad to hear that Fergie hasn’t left the group for good!

Lucky Blue Smith stepped out to celebrate The Business of Fashion‘s latest issue!

The 18-year-old model attended an intimate dinner on Thursday night (May 4) at Ray’s at LACMA in Los Angeles.

Lucky was joined at the event by will.i.am, Tom Ford and Rachel Zoe as well as editor-in-chief Imran Amed.

The group was there to celebrate the launch of the magazine’s latest print issue, “America”

“BoF celebrated the launch of our latest print edition ‘America’ last night in Los Angeles, in partnership with QIC Global Real Estate. Lucky Blue Smith and will.i.am were among the guests attending the event,” the mag wrote on their Instagram.

The actress and entrepreneur kicked off festivities with her husband Cash Warren and some close friends as they grabbed dinner at Delilah on Friday night (April 28) in Los Angeles.

Later in the evening, Jessica headed to a star-studded, 90′s themed birthday bash at The Peppermint Club!

Guests included Jaime King, Kelly Rowland, Nicole Richie, Benji Madden, Shay Mitchell, will.i.am and Russell Simmons.
