Hilary Duff makes a stop at the doctor’s office on Wednesday (June 20) in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old entertainer was seen smiling as she carried her adorable baby boy Luca out after his routine check-up.

Earlier in the week, Hil took to Twitter to address rumors that she took up smoking after being photographed holding a cigarette.”Yikes me holding a cigarette for my friend might have been a bad idea!” she tweeted. “Pretty bummed about the photo.. Sorry guys, looks worst than it is!”
