Evan Rachel Wood and her girlfriend Katherine Moennig have reportedly split up and gone their separate ways, Us Weekly reports.

The 27-year-old Charlie Countryman actress and 36-year-old Ray Donovan star began their brief romance this past summer after getting flirty via Twitter last year.
