L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti Shuts Off Power to Influencer Bryce Hall's House After Excessive Partying

The Los Angeles mayor is done putting up influencers not taking the coronavirus quarantine seriously.

It was reported on Wednesday (August 19) that Mayor Eric Garcetti has authorized the city to disconnect the power to the “Sway House” for their excessive partying during the pandemic.

New York Times reporter Taylor Lorenz confirmed on Twitter that it is the Hidden Hills rental home of Bryce Hall, Blake Gray, and Noah Beck.

“SCOOP: The power has been shut off at Bryce Hall’s Hollywood Hills home (the influencer who hosted a rager 21st b day party that went viral), according to sources. He lives there with two other huge TikTok stars, Noah Beck and Blake Gray. The water is still working,” Taylor wrote on Twitter.

“Important to note that the power has been shut the off at Bryce’s PERSONAL rental home in the hills. The home that Bryce’s actual 21st b day party was held at in Encino still has functioning utilities according to sources,” he added.

Mayor Garcetti‘s office then released a statement regarding turning off the power at Bryce‘s home.

“Today I authorized the City to disconnect utility service at a house in the Hollywood Hills to stop the large parties held there in flagrant violation of our public health orders. Parties like these can quickly and easily spread the virus and put our communities at risk,” Mayor Garcetti tweeted.

Over the past few weeks, many social media personalities have been partying across Calfornia amid the state’s rising coronavirus cases. Tyler Oakley has been very outspoken in slamming the influencers for their partying.
