Katy Perry's Dress for 'American Idol' First Live Show Makes Fart Noise Sounds! (Video)

Katy Perry was a beauty in blue during American Idol‘s first live show of the season and she revealed her dress made some interesting sounds!

The 36-year-old singer took to Instagram to show off her look ahead of the show on Monday night (April 12) in Los Angeles.

“LOTS OF PLOT TWISTS TONIGHT. YOU MUST TUNE IN. NO @LUKEBRYAN BUT ☝🏼@PAULAABDUL! TOP 12 REVEALED. DRESS FARTS. 💨 #AMERICANIDOL,” Katy captioned the below video.

Katy said in the video, “If you think that I’m farting on live television, I’m not. It’s just going to be my dress.”

There really were some plot twists during the episode. One of the contestants dropped out of the competition unexpectedly and we learned that something huge is going to happen next week.
