The new season will also “key off characters in season one, with Kendrick’s Darby appearing occasionally.”

HBO Max recently made headlines for removing this Hollywood classic from its library – although it’s not permanent. Find out what happened…

Anna Kendrick Compares Filming Twilight To A Hostage Situation In New Video Interview

Anna Kendrick opened up about her film career so far in a video interview with Vanity Fair and is making waves for what she described about filming Twilight.

If you recall, the 34-year-old actress starred as Jessica Stanley in the film series, one of Bella Swan’s human high school friends.

“The first movie we filmed in Portland, Oregon, and I just remember being so cold and miserable,” Anna shared, adding that she remembers “my Converse being completely soaked through and feeling like, ‘You know, this is a really great group of people and I’m sure that we would be friends at a different time, but I want to murder everyone.’”

She added, “Although, it was also kind of bonding. There was something about it, like if you go through some trauma event. Like you imagine people who survive a hostage situation, and you’re kind of bonded for life.

Anna Kendrick Says She Doesn't Believe in 'Traditional' Soulmates At All

Anna Kendrick believes in something else instead of soulmates.

The 34-year-old actress, who is promoting her new HBO Max series Love Life, spoke to emmy magazine about the traditional definition of “soulmate” and how it’s something she doesn’t really believe in.

“I don’t believe in soulmates in any traditional sense for sure,” Anna shared. “Like, that word is kind of synonymous with ‘the one.’ There’s many ‘the ones’ and if we’re lucky we spend a long time with someone.”

She goes on, saying, “I wonder if there are non-romantic soulmates. I mean, I would say that there’s evidence that it’s more likely that a soulmate is non-romantic. The best and longest relationships in my life are certainly friendships.”

Love Life centers on Darby (Kendrick), as she falls in and out of love and meets people who change her life along the way and is streaming now!

Anna was recently seen out with boyfriend Ben Richardson late last year, who she has been with for many years.

Trolls' Justin Timberlake & Anna Kendrick Want to Be Paid for On Demand Release, Weren't Told About VOD (Report)

Trolls World Tour was released on demand, instead of in theaters, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and now, a new report is suggesting the stars, including Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake, were not told beforehand that this would be happening.

The stars were allegedly not told that the movie would be made available for rental at $20, and sources are telling THR that “this is not the sort of surprise such people usually like” because “compensation for big stars in animated films is largely tied to box office bonuses.”

Trolls World Tour is said to have made around $100 million so far, even though some say that the film “is still millions in the red” and may never recoup money.

THR continued that Justin and Anna‘s reps want them to be paid their fair share, reportedly seven figures, for the box office totals.

Anna Kendrick Could Get 3 Emmy Noms for Acting This Year

Anna Kendrick has been having a big year in TV and she could get three different acting noms at the 2020 Emmy Awards!

The Oscar-nominated actress stars in two series – Love Life and Dummy – and the Disney+ movie Noelle.

Love Life will be released on HBO Max on May 27, just days before the eligibility cutoff for the upcoming Emmys. It’s an anthology series that will tell a new story in each season, so it’s currently unclear if the show will be submitted as a comedy series or a limited series, according to Variety.

If it is submitted as a comedy series, Anna will be up for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. If it’s submitted as a limited series, she has a chance at getting two nominations in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie category. The Disney+ movie Noelle will also be eligible in that category!

Anna also stars in the new Quibi series Dummy and it’s unclear how the new streaming service plans to submit their shows. Dummy is a short-form series with 10 episodes that range from six to nine minutes, so she likely will be up for Outstanding Actress in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series.

Anna Kendrick Bought Trolls Legos Just Before Coronavirus Took Over

Anna Kendrick isn’t hiding the fact that she bought her own merch from the Trolls franchise.

During an interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show with Justin Timberlake and Kelly, the 34-year-old actress showed off one of the figurines from a LEGO set that she had purchased.

“The day before things got really crazy [with the coronavirus], I went to Target to get supplies and stuff, and while I was there, I was like, ‘I should get Legos, obviously,’” Anna shared, revealing she bought the Poppy set.

She added that the cashier probably didn’t think it was her because “she wouldn’t be buying her own merchandise like an actual serial killer.”

In addition to the Poppy LEGO set, Anna also purchased the Millenium Falcon set, too. Get your own sets now at LEGO.com!
