The 46-year-old goop entrepreneur posted a video on her Instagram on Sunday (March 3) breaking a sweat while dancing it out to the Lemonade track and celebrating her friend Tracy Anderson‘s birthday.

Beyonce took to her Instagram account on Thursday night (January 24) to share a side-by-side comparison of a photo of her at age seven and a new photo of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter at age seven.
The photo of Blue Ivy was taken on Wednesday (January 23) when she and Beyonce were spotted leaving an event at the Just One Eye clothing boutique in Los Angeles.
“Someone made this comparison of me at age 7 and Blue at age 7. My baby is growing up,” Bey captioned the below Instagram.
