Gwyneth Paltrow is dancing it out to the tune of Beyonce‘s “Formation”!

The 46-year-old goop entrepreneur posted a video on her Instagram on Sunday (March 3) breaking a sweat while dancing it out to the Lemonade track and celebrating her friend Tracy Anderson‘s birthday.

Disney's 'The Lion King' Live-Action Movie Gets New Teaser & Poster - Watch Now!

Check out the brand-new teaser and poster for Disney’s upcoming The Lion King live-action film!

Disney released the visual, titled “Long Live the King,” on Sunday (February 24) during the 2019 Oscars.

Director Jon Favreau’s all-new The Lion King journeys to the African savanna where a future king is born. Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and takes to heart his own royal destiny. But not everyone in the kingdom celebrates the new cub’s arrival. Scar, Mufasa’s brother—and former heir to the throne—has plans of his own.

The battle for Pride Rock is ravaged with betrayal, tragedy and drama, ultimately resulting in Simba’s exile. With help from a curious pair of newfound friends, Simba will have to figure out how to grow up and take back what is rightfully his.

The all-star cast includes Donald Glover as Simba, Beyonce as Nala, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa, and Billy Eichner as Timon.

Utilizing pioneering filmmaking techniques to bring treasured characters to life in a whole new way, Disney’s The Lion King roars into theaters on July 19, 2019.

Beyonce & Jay Z Accept BRIT Award With Help From Meghan Markle - Watch!

Beyonce and Jay Z had a big win at the 2019 BRIT Awards!

While the couple couldn’t be at the ceremony to accept the award for Best International Group, they said thanks in a big way.

Bey and Jay recreated their iconic “Apesh**t” music video, which was filmed in the Louvre, but replaced the Mona Lisa with a portrait of Meghan Markle!

“Thank you so much to the BRIT Awards for this incredible honor. You guys have always been so supportive. Everything is love. Thank you,” Beyonce said while standing in front of the painting.

Beyoncé & Jay-Z Couple Up at DreamWeavers Exhibition Opening Celebration!

Jay-Z and Beyoncé happily flash a smile together while attending the UTA Artist Space’s DREAMWEAVERS group exhibition opening celebration held at the UTA Artist Space on Wednesday (February 13) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The superstar pair were joined at the event by Pharrell Williams and his wife Helen Lasichanh, Swizz Beatz, Michael Ealy, Jesse Williams and cinematographer Arthur Jafa.

Co-presented by UTA Artist Space and Swizz Beatz himself, and curated by Nicola Vassell, DREAMWEAVERS features the work of several major African-American artists who contemplate the surreal in society against a vigorously shifting 21st century.

Over the weekend, Beyoncé and Jay won the Best Urban Contemporary Album award at the 2019 Grammys for their album Everything is Love.

Beyonce & Jay-Z Win Joint Grammys 2019 Award as The Carters!

Beyonce and Jay-Z just won another Grammy – and this time, it’s a joint Grammy as The Carters!

The pair won the Best Urban Contemporary Album award at the 2019 Grammys for their album Everything is Love, which was released in June of 2018.

Beyonce & Jay-Z Dress in Pastel Colors for Roc Nation's Pre-Grammys Brunch

Beyonce and Jay-Z hold hands while arriving for Roc Nation’s The Brunch on Saturday afternoon (February 9) in Los Angeles.

The 49-year-old rapper founded the company back in 2008 and they hold a star-studded brunch on the Saturday during Grammys weekend every year.

Beyonce was seen meeting up with actor Kevin Hart, who attended the event with his wife Eniko Parrish. They also mingled with Diddy and Usher throughout the afternoon.

While she’s not confirmed to show up at the Grammys, we’d love to see Beyonce there as a surprise!

Beyonce Compares Current Blue Ivy Photo to Her Younger Self!

Beyonce took to her Instagram account on Thursday night (January 24) to share a side-by-side comparison of a photo of her at age seven and a new photo of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter at age seven.

The photo of Blue Ivy was taken on Wednesday (January 23) when she and Beyonce were spotted leaving an event at the Just One Eye clothing boutique in Los Angeles.

“Someone made this comparison of me at age 7 and Blue at age 7. My baby is growing up,” Bey captioned the below Instagram.
