Terrence Howard looks triumphant while accepting an award at the 2016 NAACP Image Awards held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Friday night (February 5) in Pasadena, Calif.

The 46-year-old actor was joined at the award ceremony by his Empire co-stars Taraji P. Henson, Bryshere Y. Gray, Jussie Smollett, Gabourey Sidibe, Trai Byers and Grace Gealey.

The entire cast won big during the show, taking home the award for Outstanding Drama Series. Terrence also took home the award for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series while Taraji took home Outstanding Actress.

The show also took home awards for their original music and Jussie even took to the stage to perform!

Taraji P. Henson happily holds onto her award while attending the InStyle & Warner Bros. After Party following the 2016 Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 45-year-old Empire star, who took home Best Actress in the TV Series Drama category, was accompanied by her co-stars Jussie Smollett, Trai Byers, Grace Gealey, Serayah, and Bryshere Y. Gray, who didn’t make it to the parties but did suit up for the ceremony.

Taraji passed out cookies while she made her way to the stage to give her acceptance speech but it was totally “spontaneous.”

“There were cookies on the table!,” Taraji expressed (via PopSugar). “I just did not expect them to call my name. I never did. I just never put that much on it . . . you just never know how it’s going to come out. You don’t. When they called my name . . . I was like, ‘Well, cookies are here. I guess I should hand them out!’ [Laughs] I don’t know, it was just a spontaneous moment.”

Bryshere Gray rides a jetski shirtless on the ocean on Saturday (January 2) in Barbados.

The 22-year-old Empire actor spent the afternoon hanging out with friends on a yacht off the coast of the island.

Bryshere celebrated the new year with an Instagram post that said a sentimental goodbye to 2015 and an optimistic hello to 2016.

“Dear #TeamYazz 2015 I must say has been educational, profitable, exciting, fast, very busy and Blessed but like all good things it must come to a time that we must say goodbye,” Bryshere wrote. “But don’t worry because I’m gonna handle my business in 2016!!!!”

Jussie Smollett looks hot in some shades while getting ready for Pitbull‘s 2016 New Year’s Revolution held at Bayfront Park on Wednesday (December 30) in Miami, Fla.

The 32-year-old Empire star was joined by his co-star Bryshere Gray, as well as Jordin Sparks, Pia Mia, Timbaland, Wendy Williams, and Terry Crews.

“You better be watching @PitbullNYE tomorrow starting at 8pm @FOX! It’s gonna be the biggest New Year’s party evahhhhhhh! #pitbullnye,” Jordin tweeted.

The day before, Jussie was spotted catching his flight at LAX Airport.

Bryshere “Yazz” Gray puts on a Spider-Man suit while posing for a photo shoot featured in the latest issue of Paper magazine.

“I’m young and pretty and I represent the youth in America and speak to them in a way no one can at this time. I’m the American Idol,” the 22-year-old Empire actor said about why he should play the superhero. “And I like to climb and fly through the sky and also would look amazing in the Spider-Man outfit.”

Empire just picked up 12 nominations for the 2016 NAACP Image Awards, including one for Bryshere in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series category.
