Heather Locklear has reportedly been hospitalized and is undergoing a psychological evaluation.

According to TMZ, a 911 call was made concerning the 56-year-old actress on Sunday (June 17). The Ventura County Fire and Sheriff’s Departments showed up to her home.

According to a dispatch call, she was “acting erratically and threatening to hurt herself.”

We last heard from Heather when reports emerged that she had entered rehab earlier this year.

Heather Locklear is now reportedly in a treatment facility after being arrested for domestic violence and battery on a police officer late last month.

The 56-year-old actress is in the rehab facility to get help with battling substance abuse, according to Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday (March 7).

Heather‘s daughter, Ava, has allegedly been pushing her mother to get treatment.

A call was made on Sunday (February 25) to a home in Thousand Oaks, Calif., where someone was reporting domestic violence. When officers arrived to arrest Heather, she allegedly became upset and apparently attacked a police officer. Subsequently, she was also arrested on three counts of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer, TMZ reported in February.

Heather‘s representatives, as well as reps for her boyfriend Chris Heisser, have not yet issued a statement.

Actress Heather Locklear has been arrested for felony domestic violence and battery on a police officer.

A call was made on Sunday (February 25) to a home in Thousand Oaks, Calif., where someone was reporting domestic violence.

When officers arrived to arrest Heather, she allegedly became upset and apparently attacked a police officer. Subsequently, she was also arrested on 3 counts of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer, TMZ reports.

It’s unknown at this time who reported the domestic violence incident. She’s currently trying to post bail to be released.

Heather Locklear is sending an update to her fans after she was involved in a car accident.

The 55-year-old actress crashed her car into a ditch on Thursday night (September 14), but she will not be cited or charged as no one else was involved and no one else’s property was damaged.

“I’m home and good. Thank you for your concern!�’�” Heather posted on Instagram along with a photo of flowers.

Heather reportedly suffered minor injuries from the car accident and she was taken to the hospital by medics who arrived on scene.

The 55-year-old former Melrose Place and Spin City actress accidentally drove her Porsche into a ditch at around 6pm PST on Thursday (September 14) in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

Cops do not suspect drugs or alcohol to be involved in the accident, according to TMZ.

Heather, who is reported to have been alert at the scene, was not cited for the accident.

Heather Locklear is speaking out amid reports that she is in rehab.

The 55-year-old Too Close to Home actress was reportedly hospitalized after ingesting a mixture of drugs and alcohol back in September.

“I am feeling great and am taking steps to enrich and better my life. Currently I am working on tying up some loose ends regarding certain issues so I can hit 2017 full steam ahead,” Heather told Us Weekly.

Although Heather didn’t reveal whether or not she admitted herself to rehab, we’re glad to hear she’s taking such positive steps in her life!
