It has just been announced that VH1 has cancelled plans to revive the MTV hit reality show The Osbournes.

“We are no longer talking to the Osbournes about a series; that’s not going to happen,” VH1 executive Susan Levison shared to THR. “We wish we could have worked it out, but it just didn’t come together for us. The family has been absolutely lovely and we wish them the best. We’d love to figure out a way to work with them at some point in the future.”

VH1 had planned to bring back the show after it signed off the air ten years ago on MTV.

The Osbourne family hit up the 2015 Elton John AIDS Foundation Viewing Party following the 2015 Academy Awards on Sunday evening (February 22) in Los Angeles.

Kelly was seen mingling inside after walking the carpet, while matriarch and patriarch Sharon and Ozzy walked the carpet with their son Jack and his pregnant wife Lisa Stelly!

Big news for Jack Osbourne — his wife Lisa is pregnant with their second child, according to a post he made on Instagram.

“Supprise!!!!! #round2 #babyinbound” the 29-year-old media personality captioned a picture of his wife and daughter Pearl.

Lisa even took to her blog to post an even longer announcement.

“I’m pregnant! Pearl is very happy to become a big sister. She diligently reads her ‘I’m a big sister’ books every night & recites to me her plans of bathing, feeding, singing to, and holding the baby. We are more than halfway through this thing & are very excited to be parents again! Thanks for all the well wishes :),” she posted to Raddest Mom.

The Osbournes are coming back to television, but this time on VH1!

According to THR, the family – Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly, and Jack – is nearing a deal to return for a new batch of episodes that will air on MTV’s sister network.

Earlier this week, Sharon announced the news on her CBS show The Talk, but didn’t reveal which network picked it up.

If you remember, The Osbournes aired for four seasons from 2002-2005 and even won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Program.

The Osbournes will be returning to MTV for a new season featuring eight episodes!

Sharon Osbourne announced the exciting news during her talk show The Talk on Tuesday (November 11) and she credits her husband Ozzy for coming up with the idea to revive the reality show.

“He looked back on his life and he said, ‘I wish we could have done The Osbournes now where I’m clean and sober.’ So much to talk about … Ozzy is coming up with his last tour with Black Sabbath,” she said.

“It’s been so long … our family has grown,” Sharon added. “We have a gorgeous daughter-in-law.”

The Osbournes aired from 2002 to 2005 on MTV and even won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Program.

Amber Riley, Jack Osbourne, and Corbin Bleu made it to the finale three on Dancing With the Stars and the winner was revealed during the finale on Tuesday (November 26) in Los Angeles!

All four finalists danced three dances last night – a judge’s choice dance, a Samba relay, and a Freestyle. On the night of the finale, each contestant had to perform a fusion dance (two dances fused together with the same song) that was prepared in the last 24 hours.

Tallying the scores from the previous night, Amber topped the leader board with 64 points (out of a possible 65), Corbin picked up a 62, and Jack received a 57. The scores from the judges were then combined with votes from the viewers and the scores of the dance from the finale night.
