Olivia Munn & Ellie Kemper Join More Comedians at HBO's 'Night of Too Many Stars'

Olivia Munn and Ellie Kemper arrive for the Night of Too Many Stars event at The Theater at Madison Square Garden on Saturday (November 18) in New York City.

The event is held every year and aired on HBO to unite America to raise money for autism programs.

Some of the many other stars in attendance included Adam Sandler, Billy Crystal, Howie Mandel (sporting a new gray beard), JJ Abrams, John Oliver, Abbi Jacobson, Rob Corddry, Edie Falco, Will Forte (with his The Last Man on Earth bushy beard), Robert De Niro with wife Grace Hightower, Gayle King, and Broadway star Cynthia Erivo.

J.J. Abrams Speaks Out About Harvey Weinstein: 'He's a Monster'

J.J. Abrams is the latest member of Hollywood to speak out about Harvey Weinstein amid the movie producer’s ongoing sexual assault scandal.

The 51-year-old director gave his thoughts on Harvey to THR while at the 15th annual Gala in the Garden at The Hammer Museum on Saturday (October 14) in Los Angeles.

“Someone said to me the other day that they are sick of hearing people talk about how disgusting it is,” the Star Wars: The Force Awakens director said.

“I don’t think enough can be said about how viciously repulsive his abuse of power was. He’s a monster. There are other monsters but there are those who fight monsters and tonight is all about those who fight monsters.”

Hulu and Warner Bros. Television are providing a first look at J.J. Abrams and Stephen King‘s upcoming Castle Rock series!

The teaser trailer arrived on Sunday (October 8) during New York Comic Con.

The psychological horror, set in a fictional Maine town where many of Stephen‘s books are based, including The Dead Zone, The Body and Uncle Otto’s Truck, will weave together themes and characters from the universe created by the author.

Bill Skarsgard, who played Pennywise the Clown in It, makes an appearance in the trailer.

André Holland, Melanie Lynskey and Sissy Spacek, who played the title character in the iconic film adaptation of Carrie, also appears.

J.J. Abrams to Direct 'Star Wars: Episode IX' After Colin Trevorrow's Exit

J.J. Abrams is returning to the Star Wars universe!

The director, who took on Star Wars: The Force Awakens, is was just announced as the director of the upcoming film in the franchise after Colin Trevorrow exited the production earlier this month. J.J. will also write the new movie.

“With The Force Awakens, J.J. delivered everything we could have possibly hoped for, and I am so excited that he is coming back to close out this trilogy,” Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy said in a statement.

J.J. was considered a front-runner for the job when Star Wars: The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson turned down the opportunity to direct Episode IX.

The Force Awakens grossed 2.06 billion worldwide and is the third highest grossing film of all time.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be released on December 15, and Episode IX just had a sudden change in release dates!

So many stars lent their support at the XQ Super School Live event yesterday!

The star-studded event was presented by EIF and held at the Barker Hangar on Friday (September 8) in Santa Monica, Calif.

Justin Timberlake was seen mingling with James Corden and Tom Hanks at the event, which also involved Jennifer Hudson, Viola Davis and HTGAWM co-star Karla Souza, singer Andra Day, entertainer Common, actors Samuel L. Jackson and Jesse Williams, and DJ Khaled with his adorable son Asahd.

Also in attendance were Chance the Rapper, Maria Bello, and Jordan Fisher, actress Miranda Cosgrove, and director JJ Abrams, who all spoke on stage at the event, which aims to rethink the way high school curriculum is taught in America.
