Becca Kufrin & Rachel Lindsay Are Sending Clare Crawley A 'Bachelorette Bible'

Clare Crawley is getting a little gift from former Bachelorette stars Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin.

The 39-year-old reality star was a guest on the duo’s Bachelor Happy Hour podcast where they revealed to her that there’s a Bachelorette Bible that has been passed around through the recent title holders, expect Hannah Brown.

“I don’t know why we didn’t give it to [her],” Becca admitted, before realizing it had been in her mom’s basement for the past two years.

Becca shared that the “bible” is something that Rachel, Kaitlyn Bristowe and JoJo Fletcher made for her ahead of her own Bachelorette season.

“Right before you hopped on I did a little digging in a bunch of boxes in my apartment and I found the Bachelorette Bible that Rachel, Kaitlyn and JoJo made for me,” she shared. “I met them night one, before I met the guys and they gave me the Bachelorette Bible.”

She added, “They have some great things written in here. I think we need to add our own and write some more stuff in and then I’ll send it to you. This was so good to carry on and pass down.”

Clare will be starting to film her season of the show next month. Get the details about how it will be filmed here…

Rachel Lindsay Says There Was a Racist Contestant on Her 'Bachelorette' Season

Rachel Lindsay was The Bachelorette in 2017 and she revealed to Andy Cohen that she “did have a racist contestant on my season.”

During her Watch What Happens Live! appearance, Rachel also spoke about experiencing racism first hand during her time with Bachelor Nation.

“From the audience. I definitely experienced it,” she said. “More so when it came to picking the men, and then at the end, my husband is Colombian, so I got a lot of racism towards the fact that we were in an interracial relationship. Just a lot of nasty messages, trolling.”

As for the racist contestant, fans will remember that one man, Lee Garrett, was outed during her season for his tweets writing disparaging remarks about Black Lives Matter, feminism, the LBGTQ+ community and more.

Rachel also revealed three of her contestants she never wants to see again.

Rachel Lindsay & Husband Bryan Abasolo Have 'Tough' Conversations About Race

Rachel Lindsay is opening up about how racism impacts her relationship with her husband Bryan Abasolo.

Speaking to ET, the 35-year-old attorney opened up about how being an interracial couple forced them to have thick skin.

“People were not receptive to our relationship at the end of [The Bachelorette]. So, we’ve always had to develop a thick skin and figure out how to navigate this world as an interracial couple. We did that from the very beginning,” she shared.

Rachel added that “what the world is going through right now, we’ve had the tough discussions about presenting ourselves as an interracial couple before, and how we want to raise our children. Bryan has always gotten it.”

Bryan and Rachel tied the knot just last year in August and while she knew she had always made the right choice in him, that feeling was solidified as they protest together for Black Lives Matter.

“Communication has always been the foundation of our relationship and we always have those tough conversations, so watching Bryan protest and scream ‘Black Lives Matter,’ and really get emotional in the whole experience … of course I look over and am like, ‘Gosh, I made the right decision, because he understands me and I understand him,’” she says.

This other star also has had tough conversations about race with their white partner.

Rachel Lindsay 'Definitely Asked' About Why Mike Johnson Wasn't Chosen As 'Bachelor'

Like many of us, Rachel Lindsay was upset that Mike Johnson was passed over for Peter Weber to lead season 24 of The Bachelor.

Speaking with ET, Rachel revealed that she “definitely asked” for a reason of why he was passed over.

“I was extremely vocal about Mike Johnson and how he checked all the boxes and it doesn’t make sense why he is not the lead,” Rachel added. “And it even seemed as if the audience wanted him. The audience was not into Peter.”

She also doesn’t believe that the reason Mike wasn’t chosen is because he is black.

“I was told there was a reason. What that reason may be, I don’t know,” she added. “I wasn’t given a specific answer. Maybe they can’t specifically tell me why they didn’t choose him. I think if they could tell us, they would, because it just looks so bad that they didn’t pick him.”

“I mean, Michael Johnson was a gift. To me, it was an easy decision, but I’m not in the decision room,” Rachel said. “They do all kinds of background checks and vet things out. I have no idea what the reason was, but they have it. I’m told they have a reason, because I was definitely up in arms when I found out it wasn’t going to be him.”

Rachel spoke up about how upset she was he wasn’t cast late last year, as well.

'Bachelorette' Rachel Lindsay Calls Out the 'Very White-Washed' Franchise: 'It's Ridiculous'

Rachel Lindsay is speaking out about the lack of diversity in the Bachelor franchise.

The 35-year-old former Bachelorette, and still the only black lead since its debut in 2002, is demanding change amid protests globally against systemic racism and police brutality.

“I can’t. I have to see some type of change. It’s ridiculous. It’s embarrassing. At this point, it’s embarrassing to be affiliated with it,” she said via an Us Weekly preview of the latest episode of AfterBuzz TV’s Bachelor A.M. With Kelsey Meyer, premiering at 3 p.m. ET.

“In 40 seasons, you’ve had one black lead. We have had 45 presidents and in 45 presidents, you have one black president. You are almost on par to say you’re more likely to become the president of the United States than you are a black lead in this franchise. That’s insane. That’s ridiculous,” she continued.

“It bothers me that certain things have happened that we just say, ‘Oh, hush hush,’ and ‘Let’s just move on past it.’ No! We need to acknowledge it, because what you’re doing is perpetuating this type of behavior, you’re continuing to.”

“I don’t know how you are a part of The Bachelor franchise and you’re watching what’s happening in our country right now and you don’t self reflect that you’ve been part of the problem. You continue to perpetuate this type of behavior when you’re putting out something that is very white-washed and doesn’t have any type of color in it and you’re not trying to be effective and change that so I think that they have to, at this point, give us a black Bachelor for season 25. You have to. I don’t know how you don’t.”

Here are ways you can help to support the Black Lives Matter cause.

The Bachelorette's Rachel Lindsay Opens Up About Attending a Protest In Honor of George Floyd

Rachel Lindsay is opening up about her experience in attending a peaceful protest in honor of George Floyd over the weekend.

The former Bachelorette star spoke on her Higher Learning podcast of the event in Miami, Fla, saying that “it hit me so hard.”

“I heard beautiful speeches,” Rachel share. “It was beautiful to see so many people in unity marching and protesting for what they believed in and the injustices they’re facing in this country.”

She added that the whole experience, as well as George‘s death “hit me so hard.”

“It’s just such a harsh reality that what we deal with and what other people don’t have to deal with because it doesn’t directly affect them.”

Rachel‘s fiance, Bryan Abasolo, posted about the protest they attended on Instagram. See what he wrote below.

If you didn’t see it, Rachel had some advice for Hannah Brown after her N-word controversy.

I protested this weekend. I marched peacefully with people of all races to honor George Floyd and to fight for the injustices that the black community has been enduring for centuries in this country. The emotion that I felt with every step I took during the protest was overwhelming. Tears rolled down my face as I thought about the images of George Floyd pinned to the ground calling out to his mother in his final breathing moments. I saw so much passion and emotion from so many people from different walks of life uniting as one and chanting to the rooftops for such an amazing and just cause. That cause is to make sure that all human beings have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Unfortunately, there are so many in the black community that have been denied this right for far too long. It’s sad to think that the murder of a black man caught on camera for the world to see is what has opened people’s eyes. The black community has been trying to tell us since forever ago, but we didn’t listen, didn’t care, or just didn’t pay attention because it didn’t affect us. I, along with every other non-black person, has been guilty of this at some point. Colin Kaepernick tried to spread awareness and protest these atrocities in a peaceful way. He was admonished, considered anti-American, and ultimately blackballed from the game he loved all because he stood up for what he believed in and simply wanted to shed light on police brutality. We all should have listened and taken action then. Watching major cities go up in flames, rioting, and looting is something that I don’t believe in or ever want to see and I pray that we can keep every protest peaceful. But here we are now…what side of history will you be on? The side that continues to coddle their privilege and turn a blind eye to what’s really going on? Or the side that calls out and denounces racism whenever and wherever it rears its ugly head? There’s only one right answer. All lives won’t matter until Black lives do. #blacklivesmatter #ripgeorgefloyd #love #peace #life #liberty #happiness
