Naya Rivera and estranged husband Ryan Dorsey have come to an agreement regarding custody of their two-year-old son, Josey.

The former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of Josey, according to The Blast.

Ryan will consult with Naya “on all major decisions related to the child’s health, education, and welfare.”

“It is true that they have agreed on joint custody,” a rep for Naya tells Just Jared. “The family is working together peacefully and all matters have been amicably resolved.”

Naya filed for divorce from Ryan for the second time in early December after the two got into a reported altercation, during which Naya was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery in West Virginia.

Naya Rivera has filed for divorce from her husband Ryan Dorsey for the second time.

The 30-year-old former Glee actress initially filed for divorce in November 2016, but she and Ryan later reconciled and then she dismissed her filing two months ago.

Naya and Ryan got into an altercation over Thanksgiving weekend and it led to her being arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery. Ryan claims that Naya hit him in the head while they were walking with their two-year-old son Josey.

Naya lists the separation date as November 24, one day before her arrest, according to The Blast.

In the divorce documents, Naya lists the reason for the split as “irreconcilable differences” and she wants joint legal and physical custody of Josey. She also wants the judge to block spousal support on either side.

Ryan Dorsey is now speaking out following the arrest of his wife, Naya Rivera.

The 34-year-old actor posted a statement on his Twitter on Tuesday (November 28).

Naya was arrested on Saturday night (November 25) in West Virginia for a domestic violence incident involving Ryan.

More details about Naya Rivera‘s arrest for domestic battery this weekend have been revealed.

The 30-year-old former Glee actress was on a walk with her husband Ryan Dorsey, 34, and their two-year-old son Josey when she allegedly struck him in the head.

Ryan told police that Naya “had struck him in the head and the bottom lip while the two were taking their child for a walk down the street.”

“Ryan provided me with a cell phone video recording of Ryan being struck by Naya. I then detained Naya and charged her with domestic battery,” the officer added, according to People.

Cops responded on the scene at 9:33pm on Saturday night (November 25) in West Virginia.

“While we will not release details of the incident beyond what is in the criminal complaint (charging document), we will say the two were arguing over their child,” the police sergeant said in a statement. Ryan did not need medical attention.

Naya Rivera is opening up about calling off her divorce with Ryan Dorsey.

The 30-year-old actress and Ryan, who share two-year-old son Josey, announced their split in November of 2016 but recently sparked reconciliation rumors.

“It is what it is, but I’m glad that my family is together,” Naya told People, adding that it was “a personal decision.”

She later told Us Weekly, “I’m doing great!”

“I really like being at home with my family and taking care of my kid. Cooking and decorating. I’m like a weird little Martha Stewart homebody,” Naya explained.

It now appears that The Blast got a hold of some papers that Naya filed with the courts asking they dismiss her divorce. The papers were filed last week.

Ryan and Naya share a two-year-old son named Josey Hollis Dorsey.

Rumors swirled that after splitting from Ryan, Naya moved on with actor David Spade. They were seen packing on the PDA on vacation together.
