Lady Gaga rocks a revealing black dress as she arrives at Mr. Chow’s restaurant on Tuesday (July 10) in Los Angeles.
The 26-year-old singer was joined by Vincent Herbert, who is the founder of her label Streamline Records, his wife Tamar Braxton, and Toni Braxton.
