North Korea Uses Racial Slur Against Barack Obama & Blames U.S. For Internet Outage

North Korea is blaming the United States for shutting down the country’s internet and criticizing President Barack Obama for encouraging the Christmas release of The Interview following the cancellation of the movie.

Obama always goes reckless in words and deeds like a monkey in a tropical forest,” a spokesman from the National Defense Commission, North Korea’s top governing body led by Kim Jong-un, said in a statement.

The spokesperson added, “The U.S., a big country, started disturbing the Internet operation of major media of the DPRK (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), not knowing shame like children playing a tag.”

North Korea has already faced two internet outages in the last week.

'The Interview' Poll - Will You Watch the Movie?!

Now that The Interview has been released online and is hitting theaters across the country tomorrow, we want to know if JustJared.com readers plan on seeing the film!

If you do plan on watching the film, Seth Rogen has a suggestion for how to see it.

“I need to say that a comedy is best viewed in a theater full of people, so if you can, I’d watch it like that. Or call some friends over,” Seth tweeted.

Here is the movie’s official synopsis: “In the action-comedy The Interview, Dave Skylark (James Franco) and his producer Aaron Rapoport (Rogen) run the popular celebrity tabloid TV show ‘Skylark Tonight.’ When they discover that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him in an attempt to legitimize themselves as journalists. As Dave and Aaron prepare to travel to Pyongyang, their plans change when the CIA recruits them, perhaps the most unlikely candidates, to ‘take out’ Kim Jong-un.”
