Ben Affleck Reacts to Jennifer Garner's 'Vanity Fair' Interview

Ben Affleck is opening up about Jennifer Garner‘s tell-all interview in Vanity Fair, which was released nearly two and a half weeks ago.

The 43-year-old actor opened up to The New York Times in a new interview to promote his upcoming movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

At first, Ben didn’t want to talk about his split “for the sake of his three children.” The reasoning he gave was “because it ends up being in the record somewhere, in the great miasma of junk on the Internet.”

Ben later discussed his split from Jennifer and acknowledged that he knew about the Vanity Fair piece before it was published.

“Jen‘s great. She’s a great person. We’re on great terms. I just saw her this morning, so that’s the reality that I live in,” Ben said. “She felt like she wanted to discuss it and get it out there and get it over with. So she could say, ‘Look, I already talked about it – I don’t want to do it again.’ It’s fine. She’s allowed to talk about it.”
