Ben Affleck Opens Up About His Child Acting Days & Life Before Puberty Hit!
Ben Affleck rocks a maroon sweater while leaving his hotel on Friday (October 7) in New York City.
The 44-year-old Accountant actor was spotted chatting with some fans who were waiting outside.
Ben recently shared some details about his childhood acting days and what his life was like before puberty came into effect!
“I did do some child acting,” he told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, referring to a 13-episode series he did back in the ’80s. “Luckily I didn’t end up on a show and get famous and go on crack and get crazy. I had a normal childhood. My mother let me go do this thing and then forced me to come home. It was a PBS series called Voyage of the Mimi. It was for kids. Educational, kind of.”
“You’re laughing, but it’s not a joke!” he went on. “It combined science and math topics with an interesting adventure that a young man took with scientists. I still feel like I have to pitch it!”
“It was a lot of fun,” he added. “We had a good time. That was before I had testicles. I used to get all mad at the operator. I’d be like, ‘I’m not a woman!’ She’d be like, ‘Sorry, ma’am.’”
