Wilmer Valderrama flashes a smirk for the camera as he attends the 2019 Fillies & Stallions Kentucky Derby Party on Friday night (May 3) at the Mellwood Arts & Entertainment Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

The 39-year-old NCIS actor looked handsome in a black tux as he was joined at the party by Arrow star Stephen Amell.
