Liam Hemsworth Signs On For Action Thriller Project With Quibi

Liam Hemsworth has booked his next role in an action thriller project for shortform streamer Quibi.

According to THR, the 29-year-old actor is set to play a terminally ill man named Dodge Maynard who’s desperate to provide for his pregnant wife before he dies.

To that end, he accepts an offer to participate in a deadly game where he discovers he’s not the hunter, but the prey.

Quibi will offer shortform series broken into eight- to 10-minute “chapters” when it’s launched in 2020.

Other big names attached to star in projects on the platform include Jennifer Lopez, Idris Elba, Chrissy Teigen and more.
