Jake Gyllenhaal Says 'It's Odd' Being On Stage Alone for 'Sea Wall / A Life'!

Jake Gyllenhaal stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday night (July 22) to talk all about starring in Sea Wall / A Life, which is opening on Broadway this Friday.

During the interview, host Colbert asked the 38-year-old actor if he is still daunted by going out on stage alone, to which Gyllenhaal replied, “It’s odd. Yes, it’s daunting but it’s not as nerve racking as it was before, which is a strange feeling.”

Jake continued by saying, “There’s the weird feeling when you step out on stage and you’re not nervous. And it’s not good. It’s the oddest feeling you can ever have.”

Jake Gyllenhaal, who plays Mysterio in the new Spider-Man: Far From Home movie, also seemed ready to end his famed bromance with co-star Tom Holland in favor of more face time with Stephen Colbert after showing him a brief clip – Watch the interview below!
