Maya Rudolph Tells 'Ellen' She Was Not Prepared for Lack of Clothing at Bonnaroo Festival!

Maya Rudolph makes an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing Monday (November 4), and dishes about performing at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival with her Prince cover band, Princess.

The 47-year-old SNL comedian and actress says she “was not prepared for” the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival .

“The lack of clothing that I witnessed there,” Maya explains. “Apparently there is a new trend where people don’t wear pants, they just wear a thong. And there is just glitter all over their a*s. It is just glitter a*s.”

Maya Rudolph also gushes about her friend Kristen Wiig, and tells Ellen that seeing her on Saturday Night Live made her want to return from maternity leave to perform with her.

Maya and Ellen also chat about their connection over an adorable dog, and the reception Maya got after playing presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris on SNL.
